Timminco Aware of Potential Lawsuit

TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwire - May 15, 2009) - Timminco Limited ("Timminco") (TSX:TIM) today announced that it is aware of a news release from Kim Orr Barristers P.C. stating that it commenced a potential class action lawsuit in the Ontario Superior Court against Timminco, certain of its officers and directors and Photon Consulting Inc. Timminco has not been served with or received any court documents.
