Silicon Metal

With more than 30 years of experience, we are one of North America’s largest producers of silicon metal. Our products are used primarily in the chemical, electronics, aluminum and steel industries, as well as for the production of polysilicon for solar cells. We also direct some of our output to our own production of solar grade silicon.

Solar Grade Silicon

We produce solar grade silicon using innovative metallurgical purification techniques. Our proprietary patents-pending process allows us to offer our customers, who produce ingots, wafers and cells for the solar photovoltaic industry, an economic alternative to conventional material: upgraded metallurgical silicon (UMSi).
