3. Assignment:
Timminco may assign its rights or obligations under this Agreement at any time without notice to Users.

4. Termination:
Either Timminco or the User may terminate this Agreement at any time, either with or without cause. The User may terminate this Agreement by ceasing to use this Website. The following clauses of this Agreement will survive any termination by either party: II, III, IV, V, VI and VII.
