CNC Machining Magnesium Wrought Products
Timminco has the experience and equipment to machine magnesium wrought products to your custom specifications. We offer simple drill and tap, complex slots, boring and counterboring, turning, notching, grooving, milling, CADCAM, deburring and on-site fixture design/fabrication. Vibratory finishing is available to prepare the surface for coating.
Mechanical Testing Equipment
Timminco has state-of-the-art mechanical testing equipment to test for:

• Grain size distribution
• Anode performance criteria
Ultrasonic Testing Capabilities
Timminco offers Ultrasonic Testing report on forging stock or other applications that meet the following specifications:

Chemical Analysis for Magnesium Products
Timminco offers the chemical analysis of all the magnesium products it produces. Using state of the art spark testing equipment, we can control and confirm ppm analysis for your specific need. We offer certificates of analysis or conformance to ASTM specifications.
