Our magnesium wrought products facility processes billet using three extrusion presses of various sizes.
• Solid, hollow, multi-hollow, semi-hollow and seam-less dies are available and are used to produce extrusions in a variety of alloys.

Additionally, the facility features specialized downstream fabrication equipment such as:
• CNCs for high tolerance machining
• Lathes to turn diameters from 0.5” to 18” and 20 ft lengths
• Precision saws to offer tight tolerance perpendicular and angled, beveled cuts
• Welding capability to join extrusions to sheet and plate or other extrusions
• Heat treating equipment to offer –T5 properties
• Draw benches to improve dimensional tolerance
