Our magnesium wrought products facility processes billet using three extrusion presses of various sizes. Additionally, the facility features specialized fabrication equipment such as CNCs, lathes, saws, welders and heat treating equipment for your wrought magnesium fabrication.

Magnesium Extrusions
Using extrusion techniques developed specifically for magnesium alloys, Timminco can produce a diversified range of extrusions: bar, tube, rod, solids, hollows, semi-hollows and structural shapes. Large or small, complex shapes with precise dimensions and features.
Cathodic Protection
Extruded magnesium anodes are used primarily for the cathodic protection of water storage tanks and underground (or surface mounted) storage tanks and structures. They are available in GALVOMAG AND GALVOROD compositions and in many different configurations and lengths.
